[The transmission begins with something of a disdainful snort. Someone is on the verge of throwing a tantrum as he stands in front of a window displaying the starry expanse outside, clutching a pillow in the most aggressive way it's physically possible for him to clutch a pillow.]

Really? Really!? I spent HOW many months making sure that every little nook and cranny of this station remains perfectly flawless and beautiful, waiting and waiting AND WAITING for this day, this MOMENT, and THIS is the thanks I get!? Being locked back here!? Just how in the hell am I supposed to welcome everyone like this, huh!? How am I supposed to be a gracious, pleasant host when I'm locked in the station's equivalent to a GODDAMN MAINTENANCE CLOSET!?

[His death-grip on the pillow tightens visibly.]

I'm going to have a word with that man, and if he doesn't help me fix this, I... I'll think of something!!

[The video switches off, but the audio stays on for a moment to catch a muffled comment:]

This was supposed to be such a good day...

[he sighs and turns his CAT on to video] Hey, we'll get you back in there, okay? It's not like we didn't break out of there before. We can do it again.

[He flinches when Wash appears - no matter how many times he sees him or how agreeable he is, he still looks scary to poor little Ichijou. The transition from being startled to sulking happens quickly, though.]

I wouldn't even mind so much if everyone else ended up on this side, too.

[oh, he's noticed, all right. he just doesn't care. Sorry Ichijou] Unfortunately, they didn't. Now, we can spend all day here wishing things weren't this way, or we can try to do something about it.

[Unlike most of the rest of the town's residents, Jamie appears to be in some sort of cave - at least, if the rocky walls and faint bio-luminescence is anything to go by.]

It must've happened while I was asleep - I've been sleeping in the lab area lately because watching the stars calms my nerves. Today when I tried to return to the town area, the entrance was locked.

[Squinting and leaning in a little] Are you still wandering around on other planets?

[Jamie's expression is clearly worried, even in the poor light of the cave. Still, he nods.] Aye, Xion and I are. The Doctor was with us, but...he just up and vanished on us.

Somehow I don't think it's a coincidence. Not if you've been locked in, too.

Wait, so they kidnap people who currently live here and shuffle them off to the other side of the town? Station? Planet? Whatever the hell we're on?

... You know exactly where you are? I could prolly break you out in a minute or two.

Station, like a space station, you know? And this normally doesn't happen! I thought we had everything under control...

[With a sigh, he tosses the pillow he was clinging to off to the side and moves to a corner of the observation deck populated by several tiny bottles, retrieving some fuchsia colored nail polish from it.]

Typically everyone who shows up here receives a map, but if I really must I can draw one from memory. Of course, if you did receive one it won't contain the area I'm trapped in - I believe that it was supposed to remain a secret.

We're in outer space? Go figure. [Kon feels like he should act more distressed than he really is, but outer space really isn't a problem for him...]

I've got a map, but it never hurts to get a second one. And what's this about a trapped area? That'd be the first I've heard of it.
