[The weather, as of late, has been gradually turning darker and colder ever since the expedition to Lab #3. Only in the past few hours has snow begun to fall in torrents of large, heavy flakes, the ground soon blanketed in thick, puffy snow--and it doesn't look like it's going anywhere for now. Oddly, the snow isn't restricted to the outside portions in the town. It's started to snow in every single building, every single lab--with one exception. The vast observation deck out on the spacestation remains relatively snow-free, though the lowering temperatures still persist.
During the storm, a figure, unseen by any eye, makes its way towards the observation deck--or so it must have done from the many tracks leading through town towards the Mayor's mansion (as well as through the many sections of the lab to) and all these ownerless footsteps lead to this snowless venue. There, a fire is lit in a pit that doesn't require any wood to continue to burn brightly. It's a picture of this brilliant, contained fire that is sent to all the CAT devices with a short message attached:]
Everyone, come to the observation deck. There is something you must be told.
[Nothing else comes after that, but for a brief time, the snow lets up for everyone to make their snowy treks. Once they are on the observation deck, they'll find the snow, cold temperatures, and strong winds will keep them from going back--but there will be no sign of the person who sent that message. The person did, however, leave a final message spelled out across the many screens on the observation deck opposite the glass windows where this nebula cloud and others can be seen. The screens are all black except for the white, hasty handwriting that reads:]
What have you done?
