Day 16 | ~ Separation ~

[The CAT feed turns on to video, but for a moment all you see is a blur of darkness and streaks of light. It catches the panicked voice of a teenage boy in mid-sentence.]

-- n't know what's going on --

[Finally, the video settles on a round boyish face, seeming to be roughly the age of sixteen or so, with an untamed mess of brown spiky hair and wide frantic eyes that are incredibly and vibrantly blue. The lighting on his face is strange, pale-green and ghostly, but judging by the kid's background, it seems he's in a... cave?]

Doctor! Doctor, can you hear me? Where are you?! Are you okay?! Doctor!

[His voice is desperate and too many kinds of scared. It's as if he's terrified his world is ending.]

[There's another person with Xion, judging by the the video feed. He's a few years older, also with brown hair, although his is a little darker and looks a bit like his hair stylist had a love affair with the late 1960's. And while he's not scared, his brown eyes are wide and clearly alarmed. Whatever's happened, it's not good.]

Doctor! Och, where did he go?

[When it comes to Things Going Wrong, Xion is typically good at keeping a level head. It just turns out that when it becomes a more personal crisis, she has a much, much harder time staying calm.

There may even be some panicked tears starting. Shhhhh.]

[It takes Jamie a second to notice, as he's trying to peer through the darkness. Was the Doctor taken down one of these tunnels? But he turns back, just in time to see those panicked tears start, and quickly moves to place a comforting hand on Xion's shoulder.]

Hey...hey, there's no need to greet. We'll find him. He can't have gone far.

[…a cave? He doesn't remember seeing one of those around town…]

[he won't say anything, just look immensely worried and like he wants to reach out to hold Xion]

…maybe he's back here. But… [why leave the other two behind?]

[he might have been a little angry and already yelled at the vidscreen for taking him at a very crucial point in their adventure--and for separating him from his TARDIS, again. so by the time he's ready to respond to Xion, he's calmed down a bit]

Blimey, you could compete with Donna with that shouting there. [he smiles faintly] Xion, I'm all right. It's okay.

[Sophie hurriedly activates her CAT so she can talk to Xion, seemingly unconcerned with the fact that her only attire at the moment is a bedsheet. it was the closest thing to her when she appeared here] Xion, take a deep breath. What exactly has happened?

Sophie, he's gone, I --

He just -- There was this flash of light and he just vanished, I don't know...

[thankfully, Sophie's practicality kicks in, and she manages to look calm because she's so focused on calming Xion] Have you tried to contact him on the CAT? And what about Jamie? Is he with you?

Xion? It's Fuu. Are you okay now? Were you able to find the Doctor? I'd heard from Mister Ichijou as well that he'd disappeared suddenly...
