shipment of lapis + turquoise arrived. fair bit of both.

still have glass beads and leftover gold+silver for those interested.

[That being said, a rare event can be glimpsed in Luministi today: Mu has left his house. Gasp. To the post office, of course, to pick up his packages, but he can be found here and there, picking up sundries (and maybe some sweets for all the kids that are in and out of his place all the time), stopping for a coffee and indulging in a bit of window shopping here and there.

Well enough. Some fresh supplies came in, and just in time for the festival.

Ah, that's good! I guess you'll be pretty busy over the next little while then. What did you get?

Some raw turquoise, and uncut lapis lazuli. They were very nice finds.

I'm sure! Do you have any plans for them yet?

Oh a few. Kanaya probably has a bookload of ideas by now. I'd like to mount some of the Lapis on gold - it would make a striking combination, I think.

Haha… I hope there's enough for her to be able to make most of them! [he nods] I think so, too. What kind of scale are you thinking of? Something small might be striking, but the balance might be tricky…

I suppose we'll have to see just what they entail. Hmm. I suppose I'd have to play with it a little and see. Maybe a ring?

Oh, yes, that definitely sounds nice! It could work well with single and multiple settings, too.

I don't know about multiples. Perhaps if I find some well-polished pieces. I find rough stone tends to better suit a single, large setting.
