[Fuu sits contemplatively in front of the windows, staring out into the stars. Above the pages of her Luministi journal she holds a pen loosely in her hand, her mind wandering from her writing.]

[Everything that had happened was so unbelievable. The end had been so sudden and shocking. And now... now she gets to go home. The thing that she wanted the most also fills her with the most dread - how can she possibly explain her absence for over three months?]

[But before she gets to worry too much over that, she should make sure that she says proper farewells to everyone she met here. Because they have shared a very unique experience together. Something they will be unable to share with anyone else.]


[ooc: Much the same as Xion's post, Fuu will be in search of everyone in order to say goodbye! Or, of course, you might find her first XD]

[smiles] He didn't wish to age. All that time in the house, and never once in his mind did I see any desire to grow older--or to die. There was too much left that Robert wanted to know--and do to. And so he stayed as he was until, finally, he decided what he really wished for.

[Didn't wish to age. That was a head-scratcher all on it's own. How would someone even think to wish for something that should just happen naturally?]

[And now, the question is just begging to be asked. Perhaps she could even say it has been begged to be asked for a while now.]

What did he really wish for?

[is quiet for a moment, a smile on her face but sadness in her eyes--at what Robert gave up while giving her such a gift]

He wished to trade places--that he would become the house. And that I would become human.

Amazing... Not just observe the house, but become the house. And release you at the same time.

But then what did you do? You have been the house for so long, it must have been peculiar to be human again.

[smiles] It still is, in some ways.

As for what I did... [her smile fades, her expression turning pensive] I wanted to leave, but it wasn't that easy. It never is.

Just before I arrived here, Robert gave me a choice. I wasn't ready to make it then, but...I think after everything in this town, I just might be now. [smiles again]

Really? That's a good thing then.
If I may, what is the choice that you will have to make? Does it have to do with why it was hard for you to leave the house?

In a way. [pauses, considering whether she wants to share something quite so personal as that]

If I left the house--got in a boat, went out into the world--it would be Robert's dying world. That isn't what I wish for. So he... [hesitates, still overwhelmed by what Robert offered her] He...brought a man to the house. A man who could truly take me away from it. A man who might be able to grant my wish.

A man who could take you off-world? [Her curiosity is piqued yet again - she'd said that she didn't meet the Doctor and Steven again, so there is only one question to ask!]

Who was it?

[there's a faraway look in her eyes when she responds] I didn't see him, so I'm not sure which him it was. Robert did say that he had changed a great deal since I'd known him, but with him, that's really no surprise.

[focuses her gaze on Fuu] Just before I came here, Robert made the Doctor's ship--his TARDIS--appear in front of me in the house.

Eh? Really?! [And just what kind of ship is it, to appear inside a house?]

So, just before? And you didn't get to meet the Doctor before being brought here. Oh, Ms Sara. I hope that you get to return to the moment you left, so that you can meet the Doctor there.

[smiles, amused at Fuu's amazement] I hadn't chosen to meet him yet. Robert would have sent him away, if I'd wished for him to. But I hadn't decided.

I'm sure, whatever I might return to, Robert will ask me to make that choice.

Ah. [Smiles in return.] So this was the choice that being in the town helped you to make.

You suddenly got to see the Doctor here, but you have a choice there. What will you choose to do?

For the moment...I think I'll choose to wait until I've returned before I make my wish.

But if we ever do meet again, I'll be sure to tell you all about it.

[Her smile turns a bit more sad, for all that she tries to keep it cheerful. It seems that the time to say farewell to Ms Sara is close at hand.]

And you. Good luck! You seem to me the sort of person who really appreciates life. I hope yours continues to give you experiences to treasure. Though I'm sure you could do with a bit less excitement for the near future at least!

[Ms Sara's kind words nearly bring tears to Fuu's eyes. However she'll have to save them for later.
Further words fail her, but she hopes that no matter what choices she faces, the woman will enjoy her new life outside the house.]

[with one last smile, Sara turns away. but as she starts to walk away, her smile fades, her mind busy turning over the choice that she hasn't yet made]
