Day 11 | ~ Finality ~
[Xion is standing by the window and staring at the stars, hood down, one arm behind her so she can hold her elbow with her other hand. So many stars... So many more than she ever saw in Traverse Town.
Traverse Town. She's... She's going back there. Going back home. And once she's there... She needs to go back where she belongs. She needs to go back to Twilight Town, find Riku and Naminé and DiZ... and go back to Sora.
If she said she wasn't scared, she would be lying. She is. She knows this will be the last time she will see these stars, these people... The last time she'll get to see her friends here.
After a moment, she sighs softly and shifts her weight to one leg before turning and walking away from the window.]
[ooc: Xion is going to be seeking out everyone she's ever talked to so she can say good-bye and thank you. :D So have at her~]

[Xion is sitting down next to him anyway; she can't not trust him.]

All right, I need you to just relax. Clear your mind. It won't hurt, I promise. [raises his hands to Xion's temples]

[Though still nervous, she closes her eyes, takes a deep breath, and tries to relax.]

he certainly doesn't show her everything. 900+ years worth of memories would overload her poor mind! plus many of them are so not the sort of thing he wants to share; not all of those horrors.
but what he does share... the inside of his TARDIS, the controls blinking and blurring as he runs around it; colourful, bright sunsets/sunrises with different planets and moons in the sky; glittering diamond beaches--literally diamonds--and brilliant blue skies; beautiful gardens and forests, the flowers and trees in different vivacious colours; his meetings with famous people from all throughout Earth's history, like Queen Victoria, Darwin, Dickens, Shakespeare, Marlowe (and that's only a sampling of the people he's met), and countless others on different planets across the universe; marketplaces in several places and times, showing all sorts of alien species, not just humans, with fun gadgets and trinkets covering the tables as well as strange foods that he proceeds to share with various friends he was travelling with at the time. when their faces are shown, Xion might feel a strong sense of warmth and love, feelings that he often has trouble expressing because to him, love is different than what humans see it as. throughout all those memories, a sense of joy and contentment is always there.
and lastly, and this one is involuntary and he doesn't realise he's sharing it, but since they were talking about being away from home... there's a glimpse tall mountains set against a burnt orange sky and red grass blowing in the wind. trees with silver leaves shine and glimmer, looking as though they're ablaze. but it's only a glimpse before he stops and breaks the mental connection, his hands slowly falling away as his eyes open]

But when it comes to the faces of his friends, when it comes to the images of the red planet, when it comes to the emotions attached to those memories -- Those, those Xion can grasp. The emotions are what strike the deepest chords in her, and they are what make her long for that life more than anything. That deep, warm, unconditional love, that thrill of adventure and the sense of just -- the sense of belonging, of family, of home -- and that longing, that sharp ache for that brief moment associated with the red planet --
Xion takes a deep breath after it's all over. She doesn't immediately open her eyes; she keeps them closed and waits for it all to process.]
