Third Strike

[Oswald stands before the strange machine he saw other people using to retrieve their stolen goods. His hair is all silver threads, and he's about a foot and a half shorter. His skin looks rather, well, fabric-y]

...I do not understand what I am supposed to do.

...[so he kicks it]

I'm afraid that kicking it won't help. If you did it hard enough to resettle the toys, you might get a tilt penalty.

I can try to walk you through it, if you like.

[That's a good thing!]

My pleasure. I'm afraid that I'm reluctant to go into another building right now, but I'll do my best from here.

[Fuu's eyes widen as she gets a good look at the prize Mister Oswald is playing for.]

Wow, what a sword! I hope the catcher will be able to get a good grip on it...

First, you start the game by paying it with the CAT. Then you use the arrow keys on the board to move the crane inside. When you have the crane positioned just right over your sword, press the center button. The catcher will descend, close, and hopefully catch your sword. [She mimes the actions of the catcher, just for good measure.] If it's a good catch, it will be brought over to the chute and you can claim it back.

Please be careful. Every time you lose, it's the same as losing at the doors.

Congratulations! Well done!

[Whispers] Did you receive a message a few days ago? It's for a view finder in the town square. You really ought to see it for yourself, and then I can tell you about the other three views you won't be able to see, if you like.

Ah? I'm sorry.

If you could meet me in the Town Square then? It'll be easier to show you than explain it.
