Second Arrow
[Around 12:02 AM, Cissie turns her CAT on and stares at it again. Dressed in sensible green and white striped pajamas, she's sitting in her kitchen with some milk and cookies. And from the looks of things? She's certainly not amused.]
Can anyone else sleep with this racket? I can't believe this ringing! It's like someone forgot to turn their alarm off.
I have a message to those that like to set alarm clocks: for everyone else's sanity, please don't. I haven't been able to sleep and it's really quite irritating.
... Though I wouldn't be surprised if frat boys were behind this. Honestly! At times like this, it makes me glad I go to an all-girl school. Nevermind that people can still be stupid anyway.
Oh, right! I have a question for all fellow insomniacs: what's your favorite remedy for sleeplessness? Mine's a warm glass of milk and cookies, but ah... it isn't exactly working tonight.

Hi! Sorry I was late. Those cookies wouldn't eat themselves.

It's all right. But before we go, I wonder...did you happen to receive a strange package in brown paper?

What do you think?

Combine that with the phone booth - and its ringing - and my best guess is that we'll need to visit the phone booth in daytime with the glasses. That... doesn't make much sense, though, since I didn't hear the ringing as much during the day.

/finally back in town!
[Her abilities certainly betray her as she starts to follow the ringing towards its source - for someone who's a normal kid, Cissie's incredibly good at blending in with the scenery.]
Yay!
[she's surprised by how quickly and smoothly Cissie moves. it's going to be a struggle to keep up!]

Sheepishly, she shrugs her shoulders.] Sorry. I didn't realize... [She trails off here. Of course, even unusual people may not be that good at running and hiding. Right?]

... If you say so. I brought water bottles with me too! [Keeps up with Sophie easily, though she does bring the steel bottle out. Huh. Tim's crazy prepared style rubbed off on her.]

[They haven't seen the patrols so far. Cissie frowns; this is probably a good sign (she didn't want to stun anyone with trick arrows), but still a little eerie for her tastes. Sophie's right, though! They reach the phone booth without problems.] After you.

[at the message, she gasps, then continues listening for a moment before she pulls the receiver away from her ear and stares at it, confused. after giving it some brief thought, she puts it back in its cradle and heaves a sigh of relief] It's stopped! [for Sophie, anyway. she steps back out of the booth]

[walks in and calmly picks up the receiver. Cradling it under her ear, she listens to the message... and promptly frowns. Either way, she sets the phone back down and walks out.]
Huh. This place gets weirder every day.

... I wonder what that person meant. I doubt it's one of us.
