It is long low noise that rises in intensity and has the unfortunate side effect of sounding rather like a cat that is being strangled - and appears to be coming from that ne'er-do-well musician Jamie, who happens to be practicing his bagpipes by the lake, but stops when he sees who's patrolling.]
