[Willis has spent his first few hours in Luministi being confused. And whining a lot. And then assuming this was all a dream, taking a nap, waking up, and whining some more. Eventually he decided that if he was going to be stuck here... he might as well explore.

So he spent the next hour riding around town on his bicycle in an attempt to figure out the layout of the town. Which is kindasorta empty. Which is only making him even more confused.

Yeah, guess who has absolutely no clue about the murder yet.

He stops his bike near the library and leans forward, resting his head on the handlebars.]

Agh. Jeez, so much for finding something interesting.

There used to be townspeople... They just disappeared recently, and we don't know why.

Disappeared? [Raises an eyebrow.] Like, "poofed into thin air, no one's heard from them since" sort of disappeared? I thought that sort of thing only happened in movies.

This place... Weird stuff happens sometimes. And sometimes it's really bad.

They try to make it seem like it's a happy, nice place... and they really want it to be. I know that. But it just... doesn't quite work out that way.

[Xion hesitates. He just got here, and it's something alarming to hear, but... He needs to know.] You should be careful... A woman died, and we don't know how or why. We're trying to do an investigation, check out the town and look for clues, but... I thought you should know.

So. Someone dies mysteriously and half the town disappears. I'm assuming no one knows if it's murder or not?

Maybe if people can mysteriously disappear for no reason, people can drop dead for no reason. Backwards logic, but hey.

The people have disappeared before, but... That was different. They were evacuated for their own safety. This time, there was no warning. We know that there are people who are trying to get us out -- friends we made last time -- and... I think it has to do with that.
