Before Terezi can reply to Dave, a noise begins to come from behind them, yet it is difficult to pinpoint exactly where that may be. At first, it is faint, but soon, the unmistakeable sound of heavy footsteps can be heard followed by a ringing in their ears. The closer the steps get, the more uncomfortable that ringing becomes.

All words are muffled briefly as a cruel, mocking gale of laughter sweeps past them, the sound clinging to a gust of wind. The laugh is unfamiliar to them both, but unsettling nonetheless...
