This is Luministi, a somewhat obscure space station. I believe that the "town" you're seeing now was originally meant to be a façade, but most of us have seen through it by now. And personally, I think it makes the whole station feel a bit cozier than it would have otherwise.

If you want to know exactly where in space this is, I'll have to go look it up - I never gave that data much more than a little glance.
