Fuu's appearing place will be the Tokyo Tower Observation Deck (http://www.flickr.com/photos/t3chfot/3078887398/), appearing inside the library on the second floor. The view just got a whole lot better in there! Around the perimeter of the floor are tall windows, benches, and the information kiosks that are really no good when Luministi is outside. The centre of the floor can still be the library stacks.
