[a soft buzzing sound, a click--
and then a very clear picture of a shirtless man(?) holding a CAT, trying out a few of the buttons with slow taps of his thumb. the bedroom - clearly of townhouse origin - is in partial disarray, sheets half-off the bed and the nearby vidscreen primarily in shattered pieces on the floor.
a minute or so passes before he dumps the CAT on the bed, sitting on the edge of the mattress himself a second later]
Tch. What's it even good for?
[he stews in silence, turning his glare from the wall to the floor to the ceiling in slow succession.
then he looks to his left, his right hand rising to where his left shoulder simply ends. his palm skims over the bandage-wrapped wound while he mutters to himself] Somebody did good work.
But who the hell would know how?

[rofl - The tea never lies, eh? XD]
[Trying to look on the serious side of friendly]
If you would like to learn how to use the CAT, sir, I might be able to assist you with that. You'll find that you'll not be able to get rid of it, and it's quite important.
My name is Fuu Hououji. A pleasure to meet you. [She finishes with a polite bow.]
[nope! :3]
[so friendly, this one]
[heh, not friendly will be interesting! (Him vs. Osculia? XD)]
[Okay, then...]

eventually he just jerks his thumb at his opposite shoulder]
Taking care of this.

[arches an eyebrow] Did you need anyone to look at it? I'm the Doctor--well, not a medical doctor, exactly, and especially not in this town, not by any means. That's a man named Ernesto Resarci; bit of a dodgy fellow, if you ask me.

if they were speaking in person he might have noticed something off about the reiatsu, but alas.] ...he a human?

But anyway, yes! Not human. For one, I've got a binary vascular system and if need be, I can hold my breath for up to twenty minutes--even in the vacuum of space. Sadly, we're not anywhere where I could prove that to you--the breath holding thing, I mean. But the hearts thing I can!
[digs into his pockets, pulling out a stethoscope and his sonic screwdriver, turning that on. the device whirrs loudly for a moment, a soft blue glow just visible off-screen, and then he's reaching for his CAT device.] Right, I'm turning the volume up. Have a listen!
[he holds the ear ends of the stethoscope right up against the CAT, then holds the other end on one side of his chest--then moves it to the other, the heartsbeat audible just enough thanks to his fiddling with the stethoscope. he smiles a bit while he waits for Grimmjow's reaction]
